1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of the JP69 platform, including the jp69.best website, mobile application, and all related services. By accessing or using any part of the JP69 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

Acceptance of these Terms is a strict condition for using JP69's services. If you do not agree to these Terms, you are not permitted to access or use the JP69 platform in any way. Continued use of the JP69 platform following any changes to these Terms will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

2Account Eligibility

To register and use JP69's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and throughout the entire period of use of the JP69 platform
• A Malaysian citizen or permanent resident residing in Malaysia at the time of using the platform
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Malaysian law
• Not listed on any voluntary or mandatory self-exclusion register under any responsible gambling programme
• Not using the JP69 platform while located in any territory where online gambling is prohibited under applicable local law

JP69 reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time. If you no longer meet any of these eligibility requirements, you must immediately cease using the JP69 platform and notify us at support@jp69.best.

3Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active JP69 account. Multiple account ownership is strictly prohibited, regardless of whether different names, phone numbers, email addresses, IP addresses, or other details are used. JP69 employs advanced detection technology to identify multiple account registration attempts.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including:

• Full name as stated on your Malaysian identity card (MyKad)
• An active Malaysian mobile number registered in your own name
• A valid and active email address
• Exact date of birth for age verification

You are responsible for keeping all information in your JP69 account accurate and up to date. JP69 is not liable for any losses arising from inaccurate or outdated account details. To update your account information, contact the JP69 support team with appropriate proof of identity.

4Deposits & Payments

JP69 accepts deposits via the following local Malaysian payment methods. All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) with no currency conversion fees:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet — Minimum deposit RM10, processed in under 1 minute
• GrabPay — Minimum deposit RM10, processed in under 1 minute
• Boost — Minimum deposit RM10, processed in under 1 minute
• ShopeePay — Minimum deposit RM10, processed in under 1 minute
• DuitNow — Minimum deposit RM30, processed within 1 to 5 minutes
• FPX Maybank2u — Minimum deposit RM30, processed within 1 to 5 minutes
• FPX CIMB Clicks — Minimum deposit RM30, processed within 1 to 5 minutes

JP69 reserves the right to decline deposits from unverifiable sources or where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity. All deposited funds must originate from a legitimate source registered in your own name. JP69 does not accept third-party deposits.

5Withdrawal of Winnings

Withdrawals of winnings from your JP69 account are subject to the following conditions. We strongly recommend reading and understanding this section carefully before making any deposit or accepting any bonus.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM30 for all payment methods
• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed — you will need to submit a copy of your MyKad and a selfie holding the card
• Withdrawal methods must match the deposit method used, for anti-money laundering security purposes
• Withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours, depending on the method used and your account's VIP tier
• Accounts with an outstanding bonus rollover requirement cannot process withdrawals until the rollover is fulfilled or the bonus is cancelled

JP69 reserves the right to suspend or decline a withdrawal if there is reasonable cause to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, JP69 will notify you within 48 hours and provide details on the steps required to resolve the matter.

6Bonuses & Promotions

JP69 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to players from time to time. Each bonus offer carries specific conditions set out in the relevant promotion terms. The general conditions that apply to all JP69 bonuses are as follows:

• Each player is eligible for the welcome bonus once only — it cannot be claimed again regardless of whether the conditions have been met or not
• Bonuses cannot be transferred or shared between accounts
• The rollover (turnover) requirement for each bonus is clearly stated in the promotion terms — typically between 3x to 15x the bonus amount depending on the type of promotion
• The game types eligible to contribute toward bonus rollover vary by promotion — some bonuses apply exclusively to slots, some to Live Casino, and some to Sports Betting
• JP69 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings if there is evidence of abuse or any attempt to exploit promotions

7Game Rules

All games offered on JP69 — including slots, Live Casino, table games, and progressive jackpots — have their own rules that must be followed. The general rules applicable to all JP69 games are as follows:

• All game outcomes are final once a match, spin, or hand has fully concluded, and no appeals can be made against valid game results
• Any technical disruption occurring during active gameplay will be resolved in accordance with JP69's technical disruption policy — typically, your balance will be reinstated if the round cannot be completed
• The use of automated software, bots, or any method to speed up or automate gameplay is strictly prohibited
• All JP69 slot and casino games use software from certified providers with independently audited RNG (Random Number Generator) certification
• The RTP (Return to Player) for each slot game is displayed in the respective game information and reflects the long-term average return — not a guaranteed return for any individual session

JP69 is not liable for winnings or losses arising from misunderstandings of game rules. Players are encouraged to read the rules of each game before playing. Full rules are available within each game under the "?" or "Info" button.

8Sports Betting

JP69's Sports Betting section covers Malaysia Super League football, EPL, La Liga, BWF World Tour badminton, MLBB and CS2 and Valorant esports, NBA, tennis, and more than 20 other sports categories. Specific terms for Sports Betting are as follows:

• All confirmed bets are final and cannot be cancelled — except through the Cash Out feature, which may be available before a match begins or during live play (where the feature is active for that match)
• Displayed odds are current and subject to change until a bet is confirmed — any odds change occurring in the interval between your selection and confirmation will be flagged, giving you the option to accept or decline the new odds
• Live (in-play) betting is subject to normal sports data latency — JP69 uses accredited sports data providers to ensure accuracy, but minor time differences between live events and odds updates are to be expected
• Matches cancelled or postponed by more than 24 hours will be considered void and bets will be refunded — except for specific markets where the relevant betting terms state otherwise
• Minimum bet of RM2; maximum bet depends on the match type, market, and your account's VIP level

For badminton, Malaysia Super League football, and MLBB e-sports matches involving Malaysian teams or athletes, JP69 may apply lower betting limits during certain periods to protect market integrity. This is standard industry practice and is not a penalty against Malaysian players.

9Prohibitions & Restrictions

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the JP69 platform and may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of balance, and legal action where applicable:

• Registering more than one account by the same individual, whether for themselves or on behalf of another person
• Using false, borrowed, or stolen identity information during registration or verification
• Attempts to exploit software bugs or technical vulnerabilities within the JP69 platform
• The use of automated software, bots, or any tool that automates gameplay or betting actions
• Collusion between two or more players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotions
• Using funds derived from illegal activity to make deposits
• Attempting to access areas of the JP69 platform not intended for public access
• Spreading false information about JP69 with the intent of damaging the platform's reputation

10Account Closure

A JP69 account may be closed under the following circumstances:

• Voluntary closure by player: You may request account closure at any time by contacting support@jp69.best. Any remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method once identity verification is complete.
• Self-exclusion: If you choose to self-exclude through JP69's responsible gambling programme, your account will be frozen for the period you select. Your balance remains secure and will be returned at the end of the exclusion period or if you opt for permanent closure.
• Closure by JP69: JP69 reserves the right to close accounts that violate these Terms. In cases of serious violations such as fraud, account balances may be forfeited. In other cases, any eligible balance will be returned once the investigation is concluded.

All transaction history for closed accounts will be retained by JP69 in accordance with the timeframe prescribed by Malaysian law on financial record-keeping, typically for 7 years.

11Limitation of Liability

JP69 is not liable for any losses or damages arising from the following situations:

• Internet service or network disruptions from your service provider that are outside JP69's control
• Cyberattacks, hacking, or security incidents that could not have been reasonably foreseen or prevented despite adequate security measures
• Losses resulting from betting or gaming decisions made by the player
• Temporary technical disruptions preventing access to the platform, which will be resolved within a reasonable timeframe
• Indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from the use of the JP69 platform

JP69's total liability to any player for any claim shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12Privacy & Data Protection

JP69 collects, stores, and processes your personal data in accordance with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) and the JP69 Privacy Policy, which can be read in full at Privacy Policy page us. The key privacy-related matters covered in these Terms are:

• Your personal data is used solely for platform operations, identity verification, fraud prevention, and legal compliance
• JP69 uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data in transit
• Your data is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent
• You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, subject to applicable legal requirements

13Responsible Gambling

14Amendments & Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any disputes arising from them are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through negotiation between the parties will be referred to the jurisdiction of a competent court in Malaysia.

JP69 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon being published on jp69.best, unless a different effective date is specified. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for any changes. Continued use of the JP69 platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.
